We want you to shop with confidence at Z&M Fashion. Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn and unused, with all Z&M Fashion tags, authentication materials, certificates, and accessories included.

Pre-owned items must be returned in the exact condition shown and described at the time of purchase.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION

We carefully inspect and accurately represent our luxury items through detailed descriptions and photographs. Please review all photos and condition information before purchasing.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Z&M Fashion.

Items returned damaged, altered, used, missing tags, certificates, authentication materials, or accessories may not qualify for a refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, and include your order number and clear photographs.
